- 350g fresh tuna
- Half an onion sliced thinly - 2 limes juiced - 200ml Coconut milk - 1 cucumber - 1 tomato diced - Fresh coriander - Salt & pepper |
1. Cut fresh tuna into cubes and mix with onion and lime juice. Add salt and pepper and let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2. To serve, drain the fish, pour into a bowl with coconut milk, cucumber and tomato. 3. Mix, adjust seasoning with lime juice and serve sprinkled with fresh chopped fresh coriander. Recipe from here. |
